We hand make each and every product to order. Your order will be made and dispatched within 1-5 business days.

Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will do our best to fast track your order.

Orders may take longer if they are more bespoke. We will inform you if this is the case.

Shipping Information

UK Shipping

We ship via Royal Mail. We offer 3 shipping options for UK orders, which will take 1-2 days from the date of dispatch (see your dispatch email).

International Shipping

• We ship via Royal Mail. International post usually takes 8-10 business days from the date of dispatch. 

• We offer 3 shipping options, including tracked.

• Tracked post is not standard in the UK so please choose this option at checkout if you would prefer your order to be tracked. 

• We send most orders in sugarcane bags. This allows us to provide a cheaper shipping option as all of our bags can be sent as 'large letters'. For orders of two bags, it is cheaper to send them separately than together in a box! So, don't be surprised of your bags don't arrive in the same parcel. If you would prefer them to be sent together in a box, please contact us.

Where do we ship to?

• We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries outside of the EU.

• Unfortunately, since the UK left the European Union, it has become very complicated for a small business such as ours to post to countries within the EU. Please contact us if you live within the EU and we can discuss delivery options to your country.

Packaging Materials

• Our cosmetics bags and most international orders are packaged in biodegradable envelopes made from sugarcane.

• Bags to the UK and larger orders are packaged on FSC approved cardboard boxes. Please reuse or recycle!
